Lubberts Landscaping & Maintenance Ltd. has been servicing the lower mainland for over 25 years. Our primary work is in the area of landscape maintenance for commercial, industrial, strata properties in the Richmond area.
Lubberts is adding to our teams for a busy year ahead. We are also hiring for lead-hand positions for individuals with proven abilities who want to grow with an established company.
Role and Responsibilities:
Landscape and/or maintain property grounds using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment. You will typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, weeding, trimming, hedging, planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing and raking.
LEAD HAND
Skills Required:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven landscaping experience (Reference mandatory)
Must proficiently operate all maintenance machines including mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, and aerators.
Ideal candidate could possess a current Landscape Pesticide Applicator Certificate.
Valid drivers’ licence – driving abstract required. Company vehicle available for right applicant.
Must be a strong hard worker who is punctual and dependable.
Great winning attitude is necessary – Great guys on our team.
You must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Remuneration:
Positions are full-time, year-round work.
Hourly rate – $19 to $30 depending on experience – annual raise.
Regular 8:00am to 4:00pm days – Overtime on weekends available.
References are required.
